At VibeLiving, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Rotary Cheese Grater arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the damaged product
We'll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
